Segovia's Program Managers (PMs) are certified Project Management Professionals (PMPs) by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and serve as the primary point of contact throughout your project lifecycle. Our PMs perform high-level systems analysis to map Segovia solutions to your requirements and produce Statements of Work, Concepts of Operation and Project Plans, including thorough risk and quality management planning. They also manage overall scope, cost, service delivery, and perform regular project- and account-level reviews. This ensures that Segovia meets Service Level Agreements (SLAs), as well as your expectations.
