SGMS is a Segovia internally developed web application that provides customers with secure access to consolidated network data, key performance metrics and detailed analytics reports. SGMS 2.0, the next generation application, provides a new user interface, an interactive global map and new data display formats. With secure access available on-demand, SGMS 2.0 sets a new standard in network transparency by giving users the real, actionable information they need to make critical data-driven decisions. A Robust Infrastructure
The foundation for SGMS 2.0 is source data culled from Segovia enterprise systems, which include Network Management, Spectral Monitoring, Quality of Service (QoS) and IT Service Management tools. Customer data is seamlessly integrated, as needed. The result is a custom and fully automated data consolidation and reporting system that serves as a central source for capturing, storing, tracking and trending data.
Tracking and Trending
More than simply access to network data, SGMS 2.0 uses a collection of tables, charts and graphs, that allow users to view assets, validate Service Level Agreements (SLA), manage Performance Work Statements (PWS), generate reports and export details - all in real-time. With this ability to leverage data sets in multiple ways, users can extrapolate trends and forecast changes unique to their network.
Program Management and Service Level Support
While SGMS 2.0 empowers customers with a rich reporting environment, it also allows Segovia’s PMP® certified and security-cleared Program Management professionals to continuously monitor and analyze usage data and traffic - allowing them to understand and improve overall network performance. Additional support is provided through our ISO 9001:2008-registered Quality Management System (QMS) and end-to-end Lifecycle Management Services. The collective effort allows Segovia to successfully deliver flexible, interoperable communication solutions with reliable connectivity to voice, video and data applications from the furthest reaches of the edge, any time of day or night.
